Dulcinea is a writer, an avid reader, a loving wife, a terrible housewife, a mother of two, a Civil Servant and of course a freelance writer. She is based in a very small town in her home country of England.

One of Dulcinea's specialist areas is writing and research tips and skills. This has been reflected in her previous work during her time as a Feature Writer for "Writing Memoirs" at Suite 101 and in a series of interviews with authors, publishers and people from the world of literature.

Dulcinea's other topics of interests on Suite 101 are fashion, the history of iconic companies, the history and composition of perfumes, the history and recipes of cocktails, Patron Saints and Catholicism in popular culture.

Dulcinea has also worked as the "Feeding Babies" Editor for Foodie Mama a website which has recipes and articles for moms of children from birth to school age.

Dulcinea is an established ghost writer of ebooks, web content and training manuals and a member of the Society of Children's Book Writer's and Illustrators. She works as an editor for publishing company Wyvern Publications and has appeared in print in seven anthologies with publishers Wyvern Publications, Rebel Books and Bridge House publishing. She also had several stories in the US child literature magazine Knowonder.

Dulcinea runs a writer's and illustrator's forum called Pen and Palette and has recently published her first teen fiction ebook, Wendigo Wars, which is available on the iPhone, Kindle and most other ebook readers.
